Carbloader more superior than Glycocarb for post workout carb source

With yesterday being the Ides of March 2012, I thought it proper to use the Roman god of war Mars as a connect to what post workout foods and drinks we use preparing, priming and performing the daily war we wage in the gym virtually every day in almost every way, as I know some who use Mars, Snickers and Team Supreme Protein chocolate bars or Gatorade, Powerade and Lucozade drinks to spike insulin and replenishing muscle glycogen to grow bigger!

However, to grow bigger and more muscle mass, a post workout meal replacement shake with a casein, whey and soy mixed protein needs to initiate an insulin spike of simple high glycemic carbohydrates to replenish those depleted glycogen stores. This is where I had traditionally used Interactive Nutrition Glycocarb, with its main ingredients being Maltodextrin, Fructose, Citric Acid, Inulin from Chicory Root Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Colour, Natural and Artificial Flavour. However, I have since found one that is not that much different in Carbloader for the same desired stimulant action. Switching up to the corn sugar dextrose and fructose based Carbloader was not hard, as it too is a carb energy drink powder mix yet is usually produced solids from natural, organic and free of allergens, gluten and genetically modified organism free whole grain brown rice syrup, forfied along with oat bran, amaranth, buckwheat, chia, millet and quinoa in each and every one of its 75 servings, giving this functional organic food and its solidified starch sugars, fibre and proteins an extra value added health benefit and nutritional advantage which is in its naturally hypoallergenic properties. While restoring optimal glycogen levels in the muscles from its depleted position and returning the body to its anabolic status from its catabolic response from exercise, quick shuttle delivery to absorb into the muscles and body does not change, allows function enhancement and continued advancement and is especially aided by the addition electorlytes naturally found within this excellent product for a more superior recovery and energy post workout after exercise without the usual disturbance to your blood glucose sugar concentration level while allowing one to go longer with more endurance, stronger with more energy and delay ones fatigue by as much as 37%.

You will notice the difference immediately that I found out recently, which can be found online at a maximum 3 bag limit, or which can be found locally in the Bluewater-Grey-Bruce/Owen Sound area at Nicks Sports Nutrition or Owen Sound Supplement Source at 1050 Second Avenue East Unit 6, Owen Sound, Ontario Canada N4K 2H7, 519.372.9497 or nickrourke@hotmail.com or the regional distributor can be contacted at 450 Twenty Eighth Street West Unit 318, Owen Sound, Ontario Canada N4K 6B4, 519.370.8985 or primetimeperformance@gmail.com to get in on it!

Do not worry about what if but wonder about who is

When thinking about various stressouts, panic attacks, and other negative forms of nervousness I see and hear about from students across the campus, I think about what kind of conditions Corrie Ten Boom was under during her time hiding those Jews in Holland during their civil resistance against the Nazis in World War Two, and her quote about worrying is recalled each and every time I think of those here at Redeemer. "Worry is a cycle of inefficient thoughts whirling around a center of fear. Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength, carrying two days at once, it is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength. Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God." Her quotes really put thoughts of worrying in perspective, as the only thing to fear is not fear itself, but rather our God and doing good in His eyes on earth as tis in heaven.

The honest takeaway we need to gain from such negative thoughts or feelings is this, do not worry about what if, but wonder about who is and only think upon Him.

For if we keep our eyes on Him, always guarding your hearts and dwelling your minds fixed upon Him, we can then stayed focused on those positive blessings and promises He made to us and has in store for us rather than all those negative curses and lies we see alround us here in the world. He continues to control all that goes on, good and bad, so we must stay faithful in realizing He controls the big picture so we can freely go about our little daily lives which He always cares about even before our birth on earth. Forgetting about the what ifs in the world that we can never know about, focussing on the Who is still in control that we always know about, for us here in the world today that is one way in which we can look to the future in Him while resting assured that we have a place tomorrow in His heavenly home.
